The basic Principle is: "Join the network and we do the rest"

1 When inviting people to join your branch/network, choose people who are currently looking to change job. This is because a) you will get a reward of 100 pounds as soon as they do so and b) they become "Gold" participants, which means that all their links are worth 75 pounds to you if they get jobs.

2 When inviting people to join your branch/network, choose people who believe in the concept.

They can then also link us to other people and if these people get jobs you get 50 pounds and your friend gets 100 pounds. Like Linked In, you can quickly grow your network.

3 If you are thinking of looking for a job yourself, then if possible come to us first. This is because a) you get a one to one service and, hopefully, the best choice of job opportunities, b) you become "Gold", which means that all your "Silver" links are worth 75 pounds to you if they get jobs (as opposed to the normal 50 pounds) and c) by you becoming a "Gold" participant then any of your links who are also gold, will generate 100 pound links for you (as opposed to 75 pounds if you were "Silver").

4 Encourage your links to use us for their job hunting - we will give them a great service and it also increases the value of the people in your network

5 Become a "gold" participant and it gets better. Anyone who gets a job becomes "gold" and this increases the reward for 2nd, 3rd and 4th links to 75 pounds and sometimes 100 pounds if they're "gold " also. (The first link is always 100 pounds). So it pays massively to link to good people who are looking for a job.

6 Encourage your links to encourage others. If they introduce members, then the benefits go beyond just getting a great job. There are lots of financial rewards to be shared.


Don'ts
1 Invite people who are not interested in joining the games industry or new media industry. We are unlikely to get them jobs and value of your links will be less.

2 Don't encourage your links to invite people who are not looking to make a move. This would dilute the value of your network.
